□ Telephone: Permission to make and manage calls is used to directly connect users with government complaint call centers and configure push notification settings.
□ camera: Camera access is required for capturing and attaching photos or videos as supporting evidence when submitting reports.
□ SMS: SMS permissions enable the app to provide SMS-based services, including report updates, satisfaction surveys, and event notifications.
□ Location: Location access is utilized to provide map-based services, allowing users to easily pinpoint the location of incidents.
□ Microphone: Microphone access is necessary for recording audio when submitting voice reports.
