How does Parkingdoor work?
The Parkingdoor system consists of a small, easy-to-install smart device and an app for your smartphone. The Parkingdoor device connects to your existing opening system, wirelessly or through a simple installation, allowing you to send 'virtual keys' to anyone you want to grant access. Your guests can use their smartphones to open your parking door without needing to borrow your remote or physical keys. You can specify the duration of access through the Parkingdoor app and disable access at any time in real-time. With Parkingdoor, you can continue using traditional opening systems (your old remote or key) to open the door as usual.
How can I grant access to my parking space to a family member or friend?
From the Parkingdoor app installed on your smartphone, you can invite them using their email address and setting an access expiration date. You can revoke this permission at any time, immediately and automatically. Your guest only needs to download the app on their smartphone and register with the email address to which you granted access to enter your parking area.
What happens if my smartphone battery dies?
Parkingdoor always allows you to use previous opening methods (old remote or key). Alternatively, you can ask a friend or neighbor for their smartphone, download the app, log in with your username and password, and open the door (remember to log out of the app afterward).
