1. Location Services: Stay connected with your loved ones by using our Location Services to view their real-time location on the map. Receive instant notifications when family and friends arrive at or leave their destinations.
2. Siren (without Security Agent): Draw immediate attention to your situation by holding the Siren button for 3 seconds to activate a loud alarm and flashing lights.
3. Emergency Services Dialer: We are not a replacement for emergency services. In case of an emergency, tap the emergency services button to connect directly with local authorities. The app will automatically dial the appropriate emergency number for your location.

Premium Services:
4. 24/7 Security Agents: If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, connect with a live Personal Security Agent via chat, call, or live video for immediate security guidance, 24/7.
5. Ready An Agent: If you are feeling cautious and want to put a Personal Security Agent on standby, tap Ready An Agent to alert them to your situation.
6. Track Me On The Go: When you feel nervous or are in an unfamiliar area, activate Track Me On The Go to have our Personal Security Agents and technology monitor your journey while you walk, drive, bike, or use public transportation. We will monitor for any deviations from your planned route. If we detect changes or if you don't arrive at your destination by the Estimated Arrival Time, we will contact you to verify your safety.
7. Video Monitor Me: If you feel uneasy about your surroundings, simply tap Video Monitor Me, and a Personal Security Agent will instantly join you via live video to provide support and companionship.
8. Security Check: Schedule virtual check-ins to verify the safety and well-being of yourself or someone else.
9. Siren (with Security Agent): When you want to draw attention to your situation, hold down the Siren button for 3 seconds to activate a loud alarm and flashing lights. If you don’t deactivate the Siren within 10 seconds, you will be automatically connected to a Personal Security Agent.
