LOG IN & REGISTRATION
- Register in the app by providing your email address and creating a unique password. You can also log in with your credentials from the online ticket sales portal bilety.polregio.pl. The app and portal form a coherent online ticket sales system for POLREGIO train services.
- Answer whether you have discounts for train travel. If so, select them to enjoy cheaper train journeys throughout Poland!
- Provide your date of birth so we can better tailor applicable discounts. Some special offers depend on age.
- Add your first and last name. The data you provide is secure and only used to issue the ticket. All carriers require the passenger's name to be on the ticket.
- And you're done! Now you can freely search our database of train journeys and schedules and travel wherever you want!

TICKET PURCHASE IN THE APP
- Add your departure and destination stations. Choose from 1900 stations where POLREGIO trains stop. You can also add an intermediate station to your route.
- Search for a connection at the most convenient time and cost for you!
- You can purchase an option to transport luggage and Animals with your ticket.
- Now just choose a payment method - credit card or BLIK - and you're done!

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
- By selecting "Stations" from the menu, you can check scheduled arrivals and departures from your chosen Train station.

HISTORY
- In the "My Tickets" tab, you can check your entire history of previously purchased regional train tickets with POLREGIO.

DISCOUNTS ON TRAIN TRAVEL WITH POLREGIO
As POLREGIO, we offer you a range of unique discounts and promotions on travel. Here are some of them:

YOU and one, two, three!
We created this offer for those who don't like to travel alone. If you are traveling with one or two people to the same destination station on the same train, you can take advantage of our discount. The first person buys a single ticket, and the ticket cost is calculated according to the normal tariff or with a statutory discount. For the other people, tickets are approximately 30% cheaper than the normal tariff.

REGIOkarnet
One ticket for travel throughout Poland - three days without restrictions! REGIOkarnet is a personal ticket and entitles you to an unlimited number of REGIO train journeys. You can use the REGIOkarnet on any three days you choose within two consecutive months.

REGIOkarta
A personal discount card for frequent travelers.
- Approximately 30% discount on single tickets on any routes (RAZEM tariff).
- Approximately 15% discount on season and network tickets (RAZEM tariff).
The annual REGIOkarta costs PLN 175, and the half-year card costs PLN 105.
* If your REGIOkarta is expiring or is about to expire, you can buy another one with a 20% discount, i.e., an annual one for PLN 140 and a half-year one for PLN 85.
