The newly designed Hongkong Post Mobile App features an intuitive and user-friendly interface, complemented by enhanced popular functionalities, aiming to provide an upgraded experience for our valued customers.

1. **"Post Now" Platform:**
This integrated online posting platform offers a convenient and easy-to-use method for customers to prepare their postings online, streamlining the mailing process.

2. **Mail Tracking:**
Effortlessly track your mail items by simply entering the mail item number or scanning the code located on your posting receipt. Furthermore, you can share the latest delivery status of your mail item via SMS, email, or various mobile messaging applications.

3. **Postage Calculation:**
Calculate postage costs and access related information for mailing items based on destinations and specific service requirements. The app offers a comparison of different options, sorted by postage, delivery time, or your personal preferences, empowering you to select the most suitable option.

4. **In Search of Postal Facilities:**
Locate the nearest post offices, iPostal stations, street posting boxes, and mobile post offices on an interactive map using your mobile device's built-in Global Positioning System (gps). Access essential details such as addresses, opening hours, and available postal services.

5. **Mail Posting History:**
Review your posting history for mail items prepared through the "Post Now" platform. (Mobile phone number registration is required for this feature).

6. **Easy Pre-Customs:**
Submit information electronically for customs clearance before posting your mail items. This feature enables customs authorities in destinations with postal e-Customs clearance to receive the declared information in advance, facilitating pre-arrival clearance and accelerating the delivery process.

7. **Major Postal Services:**
Gain a concise overview of Hongkong Post's major postal services, providing you with a better understanding of the services we offer.

8. **Mailing Address Format Finder:**
Identify the correct mailing address format for local post and conveniently save them within the mobile app for future use.

9. **Change of Collection Points or Delivery Time:**
Register on the App using the item number and passcode sent via SMS by Hongkong Post to change the collection point to iPostal Stations or a post office (applicable to inward EMS/Parcel with electronic data, including the recipient’s mobile number, already provided to the original postal administration, and local parcel/EC-Get mail items with the recipient’s mobile number provided), or change the delivery time (applicable to the above-mentioned inward EMS and inward/local parcel).

10. **Pick-up Service (Speedpost/Local CourierPost):**
In addition to posting at acceptance offices, Speedpost and Local CourierPost customers can also arrange for mail item pick-up service.
