The DPD App offers a multitude of useful features designed to simplify your parcel management:

● Track: Monitor your parcel's journey in real-time with live tracking. We provide precise, up-to-the-hour updates on its location and estimated delivery time, ensuring you know exactly when to expect us.

● Control: Take charge of your deliveries by specifying when and where you want your parcel delivered. If you're not home, our flexible change options ensure you never miss a delivery. We can leave your parcel with a neighbor, at a designated safe place like your garage or garden shed, or deliver it to your preferred Pickup parcel shop. We can also reschedule your delivery to a different location or day – including Saturdays!

● Personalized Experience: Customize your delivery preferences, such as your preferred Pickup parcel shop and authorization for leaving parcels at a safe location (Abstell-Okay). You can also choose how you'd like to receive notifications about your parcel, such as via push notification or email.
