The Yo-Yo Intermittent Test is designed to evaluate your stamina and cardiovascular fitness, mirroring the demands of dynamic sports such as soccer, basketball, and other vigorous "stop-and-go" activities. This app provides a comprehensive tool for assessing an Athlete's ability to perform repeated high-intensity efforts interspersed with periods of recovery.

This app enables you to conduct the following tests, as defined by Jens Bangsbo of Copenhagen University (December 1994):
* The Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test, Level 1 and Level 2
* The Yo-Yo Intermittent Endurance Test, Level 1 and Level 2

Key features of the app include:
* Voice cues or selectable ringtones to guide you through the test.
* Real-time display of seconds to the shuttle halfway point.
* Display of seconds to the next speed level.
* Display of seconds during recovery periods.
