1. Install and run Simple Latitude on two or more Android devices.
2. On one device, set your profile to 'public' in the app settings.
3. On the other device(s), find and add the public profile in the settings (Contacts tab).
4. The first device will display the location of the other device(s) on a map.
5. Tap a contact's name to view an information screen.
6. Within the information screen, you can share your own location with the selected contact.
note: You cannot add your own device as a contact.
Location Updates:
* When connected to the internet.
* When the refresh period expires.
* When a new location is requested by a contact.
Important: Locations are only updated when connected to the internet and your location has changed.
Technical Notes:
Simple Latitude utilizes Google Cloud messaging (GCM) for efficient data transfer. Google Play Services must be installed on your device for GCM to function correctly.
