Troubleshooting:
App cannot find the watch:
-> Try turning OFF and ON Discoverable mode inside Zepp->Profile->Watch. Allow Zepp to complete the data syncing process, then try searching for the watch from our App.

Watch connected but cannot sync the watch face:
-> First, open the Zepp app and allow it to complete the connection and syncing process with your watch. Then, open our App and try to sync/download the watch face to your watch.

note: This app supports watch face downloads and direct syncing via Bluetooth. The watch must be connected to the Zepp app during the syncing process.
