Assistive Touch is an accessibility tool designed to help users, especially those with disabilities, easily control their Android devices, particularly on phones with large screens. By utilizing the Accessibility Service API, Assistive Touch provides a convenient on-screen menu to perform various actions.This app requires Device Administrator permission solely for locking the device when you use the screen off feature. You must enable this permission before using this function. To uninstall the app, simply open Assistive Touch and click the "Uninstall" button.
Assistive Touch also utilizes Accessibility services to perform global actions such as going back, going to the home screen, opening recent apps, accessing the power dialog, and viewing notifications. Granting this permission is necessary to use these actions.
When you enable AssistiveTouch, a floating menu appears that can be dragged to any edge of the screen for easy access. Tap the menu to open it and access its features.
1. To enable AssistiveTouch:
Open the app and toggle AssistiveTouch to the "On" position.
2. To enable more actions:
Navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Services and enable AssistiveTouch.
You can use AssistiveTouch to quickly access your Home screen, Recent screen, and Back Key. Simply open the AssistiveTouch menu and tap the corresponding action.
To access your Notifications or Control Center, open the AssistiveTouch menu and tap Notification or Control Center, respectively. From the Control Center, you can toggle Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, take screenshots, adjust volume, and more.
