- This app can be used on smartphones and tablets with Android OS 7.0 or later.

- Internet connection is required for backup and restore. It cannot be used Offline.

- The backup data is stored in My Box in Yahoo! Box.

- Data exceeding 2GB per file cannot be backed up.

- Data exceeding the backup destination capacity cannot be backed up. If the backup capacity is insufficient, we recommend changing the capacity plan.

- To comfortably back up a large number of photos or large-capacity videos, we recommend connecting to a Wi-Fi network and using the smartphone while it is charging.

■ About Purchase

The paid services of this application use the subscription mechanism of Google Play.

A Google account is required for purchase. You cannot purchase with a Google account that has already been purchased.

Also, purchase and cancellation procedures may differ depending on your Android version. Please check Google Help for any questions regarding Google accounts.

The monthly fee will be charged immediately from the date of application, and will be automatically renewed every month unless you cancel the subscription yourself, even if you do not use the service. If you want to stop, please complete the subscription cancellation procedure before it is renewed.

■ About Plan Cancellation

You cannot cancel your subscription from this Yahoo! Easy Backup app or the Yahoo! JAPAN site. Please do so from Google Play.

Even if LINE Yahoo Corporation restricts your use, such as stopping the use of Yahoo! Box, which is the storage destination for capacity, due to the suspension of use of your Yahoo! JAPAN ID, you will still be charged for the paid service.

Be sure to stop automatic renewal from Google Play yourself.

We cannot refund you even if you do not perform the billing suspension process yourself.

Also, if you cancel the 2TB plan and change to the previous plan, and files exceeding the previous capacity are saved, please reduce the total usage capacity of Yahoo! Box to the previous capacity or less within 90 days after cancellation.

Once you start using the service, you cannot cancel the billing for the month in which you were billed.

Google account will be renewed within 24 hours before the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal.

Therefore, if you want to stop automatic renewal, please complete the procedure by 24 hours before the day you will be charged for the next month.

[About App Access Permissions]

We use app permissions to read data to be backed up (contacts, photos, videos) and to resume backup when the smartphone is started.

[About Contact Items That Can Be Backed Up and Restored]

Please note that the contact items that can be backed up and restored differ depending on the environment such as the terminal and OS of the backup source and restore destination.

The contact items for which you can correctly restore the backed up files are as follows.

- Name: "Surname" and "Given name" excluding furigana

- Phone number: Up to 1 per contact

- email address: Up to 1 per contact

Other items such as company name, group, and the second and subsequent phone numbers and email addresses may or may not be restored depending on your usage environment.

[About Unlimited Smartphone Backup Capacity]

Yahoo! Easy Backup Unlimited Capacity means that the storage capacity of this app is unlimited, but if any of the following conditions apply, we may temporarily restrict the execution of backups from the perspective of service maintenance.

- If we confirm that you are performing backups in a way that affects the service

- If you have performed a large amount of data backups in a short period of time

- If you are performing backups of images and videos taken or created outside of your smartphone

In the following cases, we may change the content provided.

- If there are changes in the service environment, etc.
