Makhos is a traditional Thai board game akin to Checkers or Draughts, offering a unique and engaging strategic experience.

Makhos is an authentic Thai version where, upon reaching the opposite end (becoming a "King"), the piece can move diagonally forward and backward to the farthest corner. This version is currently in its beta phase.

Key Features:
* AI Opponents: Play against the computer with 3 difficulty levels. The game enforces captures; if a capture is available, the player *must* take it and cannot move other pieces. (No 'cutting' is allowed, but forced capture is in effect).
* AI Improvement: The AI opponent is under continuous improvement.
* Two-Player mode: Enjoy playing with a friend on the same device.
* Sound Effects: Added sound effects with an option to toggle them on or off in the settings.
* Movement Style: Pieces are moved by tapping the desired piece and then selecting the target location. Dragging is not the primary method (though some devices might allow dragging for regular pieces, but not for Kings).
* Forced Capture: If a capture move is available, you *must* make that move before making any other move.

Bug Reporting:
*** Most reported bugs are from devices running Froyo (Android 2.2). Support for Froyo has been temporarily removed. It will be restored once the cause is identified and resolved.
