The PEX financial platform and corporate cards offer robust capabilities for managing business spending and simplifying reconciliation processes.

PEX automates and streamlines your spending and expense workflows, saving valuable time and addressing issues critical to your bottom line. By reducing manual data entry, PEX helps efficiently manage cash flow, capture and track receipts, streamline reconciliation procedures, and generate detailed reports.

Your employees, volunteers, or contractors can spend funds only when and where you authorize them, using their PEX Prepaid Visa® or Mastercard®. PEX also provides on-demand virtual cards and a scalable API for custom integration needs.

The PEX app is a free companion application for existing Administrators and Cardholders, designed to complement the core PEX platform.*

With the PEX platform, you gain the power to:

• Control Spend: modernize your spending controls by automatically limiting what, where, and how much an employee can purchase. Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits, and restrict spending to specific industries using Merchant Category Codes (MCCs).
• Capture Receipts: Seamlessly capture receipt images, attach them to transactions, and add custom notes for enhanced documentation.
• Tag Transactions: Easily categorize and organize transactions using PEX Tags. Append accounting or general ledger codes to transactions to accelerate reconciliation.
• Make Quick Transfers: Transfer funds from your organization’s bank account to your PEX account on an ad hoc basis, or schedule automatic transfers. Instantly fund and de-fund employee cards for granular control, or allow cards to Draw from a central shared account.
• Request Funds: Empower employees to request funds from authorized administrators, with a complete audit trail of the process. Push and email notifications keep all parties informed.
• Enhanced Reporting: Quickly generate a variety of reports on purchasing activity with detailed transaction data. Export data via CSV or in custom formats.
• Leverage Complimentary Systems: Seamlessly integrate PEX with existing processes and tools, including QuickBooks, Xero, Certify, and more.
