Please be aware that after using FakeGPS, your location might remain locked to the last mocked location, even after uninstalling the app. This is not a bug, and your GPS sensor is not broken.

Here are two simple ways to resolve this issue:
1. Install "GPS Status" from the Play Store, launch it, and acquire a fresh GPS fix. You might need to repeat this process several times with a 30-minute interval.
2. Launch FakeGPS, set your actual location, and leave it running for several hours.

You can combine these steps for faster results. The issue should disappear within one or two days, so please be patient.

For ROOTED devices, you can mock locations without enabling the "Allow mock locations" option in developer settings. To achieve this, use a root explorer app like Root Explorer to move /data/app/ru.lexa.fakegps~1.apk to /system/priv-app or /system/app (for Android 4.3 and older). Then, change the APK permissions to rw-r-r and reboot your device. If the APK in /system/priv-app disappears after reboot, it indicates that your device has S-ON mode enabled, which restores the /system folder after each reboot. Please search online for instructions on how to switch your device to S-OFF mode.

If you can't find ru.lexa.fakegps.apk in /data/app, check /mnt/asec/ru.lexa.fakegps/1.apk. If found there, copy and rename it to /system/priv-app/ru.lexa.fakegps.apk.
