mSHR provides a secure mobile platform for registered users to conveniently access their personal health records from the Hospital Authority in Hong Kong, empowering them to proactively manage their health.With mSHR, you can:
- View your appointment records for upcoming and past visits.
- Book, amend, and cancel staff clinic appointments online with ease, or connect directly through phone calls.
- View your comprehensive allergy and adverse drug reactions records to ensure medication safety.
- Access your radiology reports, including X-rays and scans, for informed healthcare decisions.
- Review your complete medication records, including dosage and instructions.
- View your detailed laboratory reports, providing insights into your health status.
To be eligible to use this application, you must:
- Possess a CORP LAN account or a retiree account with an activated HR App on your mobile device, or
- First create an eSHR account within the Hospital Authority system.
