For states that use "smart cards," such as Texas, New Mexico, and Wyoming, loading your prescription directly is not possible because it is stored on your card. However, in these states, you can still utilize the app to capture and store an image of your benefits for easy reference during your next shopping trip. This ensures you always have your benefit information at your fingertips.
