The new myPhonak app is designed with enhanced functionality and a refreshed user interface, aiming to provide a seamless and personalized hearing experience tailored to your unique needs. It gives you access to advanced hearing controls and customization options for your Phonak hearing aids, alongside the ability to monitor your health data.*

With the Remote Control feature, you can effortlessly adjust your hearing aids to match your personal preferences across various listening environments. Easily modify the volume and fine-tune hearing aid features such as noise reduction and microphone directionality. You can also select pre-defined programs optimized for different situations. The built-in equalizer allows for quick sound adjustments using presets like 'default,' 'comfort,' 'clarity,' and 'softer,' or you can personalize the sound with sliders for bass, middle, and treble.

The Remote Support function enables you to connect with your hearing care professional via live video call for remote hearing aid adjustments (by appointment).

The Health section offers numerous features, including tracking Steps* and Wearing time*, with optional goal setting*, Activity levels*, Heart rate tracking**, and Distance walked and ran***.

Furthermore, myPhonak allows you to configure Tap Control, set up cleaning reminders, and provides essential information such as battery level and the status of connected hearing aids and accessories.
