How does e-moped rental work?

The process is easy, fast, and intuitive. Renting your e-moped is just a few taps away:

Locate the nearest rental e-moped on the app map and tap “Reserve”.

Once you're at the e-moped, swipe to start the ride. All e-mopeds come with two approved and insured helmets, sizes M and L.

Ready to go: press START on your e-moped and ride. Always remember to follow traffic laws and be considerate of other road users.

Arrive at your destination and park responsibly, adhering to local regulations.

Store the helmets and in the app, "Swipe to finish". You’ll be prompted to take a photo of the correctly parked e-moped.
