Tailored to your specific symptoms, you can access a range of services, including online medical consultations and in-home doctor visits (house calls), eliminating the need to search for and book hospital appointments.

**Online Medical Consultations:**
Get access to video call-based online medical consultations with doctors 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, throughout Japan. You can receive your prescription medication at home or at a nearby pharmacy. All services are covered by various medical insurance plans, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

**Online Consultation Process:**
(1) Apply for an online consultation through the app.
* Proceed to the application form via the reception button to apply.

(2) Tap the SMS link to check the waiting time.
* You will immediately receive an SMS (short message) at the contact information you entered during registration. Your place in the queue and the estimated waiting time can be found via the URL provided.
* While waiting for your consultation, please open the "My Page" and select your payment method and upload your insurance card.

(3) Receive examination and testing via online consultation.
* Tap the video call start button to enter the virtual consultation room.
* Consultation fees are covered by insurance.

(4) Receive your medication.
* Depending on the content of the consultation, you can receive your prescription medication at home or at a nearby pharmacy.
* If you choose home delivery, dedicated medical staff will deliver your medication to your doorstep.
* If the doctor deems it necessary during the consultation, you can undergo a COVID-19/influenza antigen test, and dedicated medical staff will deliver the test to your home.
* Same-day delivery and antigen testing are available in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba.

**House Call Process:**
(1) Apply for a house call through the app.
* Wait for a call from an operator.

(2) The doctor visits your home.
* Relax at home while you wait for the doctor to arrive.
* The doctor will bring a suitcase containing over 80 types of medications and treatment sets.

(3) Receive examination and testing at home.
* Consultation fees are covered by insurance.
* Depending on the content of the consultation, you will receive a few days' worth of prescription medication on the spot.
* If you are taking any medications, having your medication notebook (healthcare notebook, electronic medication notebook) on hand will facilitate the examination.

* According to law, the service area is within a 16 km radius of affiliated medical institutions.
