This digital director's viewfinder helps you visualize the exact field of view for your future shots. Simply select your camera from the menu and adjust the focal length using the wheel.

Magic ViewFinder simulates the use of tele adapters and anamorphic lenses with your camera (accessible via the menu). You can also customize the frame guide's aspect ratio from the menu, overlaying it on your image.

Enhance your preview by applying commonly used color presets (LUTs) to the live picture, bringing you even closer to the final look of your shot.

Once you've found the ideal view, save it for future reference along with crucial data like focal length, tilt, roll, date, time, and camera/lens information.
While capturing a photo, you can lock exposure and toggle autofocus to gain greater control over the captured image.

Initially, a continuous, medium-speed, center-based autofocus is enabled to ensure your images stay sharp. You can tap the live screen to focus on specific objects, and long-click to revert to continuous AF.

If your real camera's field of view exceeds that of your device's camera, Magic ViewFinder intelligently adds 'padding' around the image to compensate, a feature pioneered by Magic ViewFinder and later adopted by other viewfinder apps.

Remember that your Android device's position corresponds to the 'nodal point' of your real lens, located approximately in the lens's center.

Depth-Of-Field (DOF) Tool: Check depth-of-field by pressing the DOF icon and calculating the near and far limits while adjusting aperture and focus distance.
