Skat is a classic German three-player card game. This app meticulously implements the standard rules of Skat, including the challenging variant Ramsch.

Please note: This application is designed for leisure play and does not aim to replace a professional Skat player. The AI opponents utilize a neural network algorithm, trained through observation and self-play. For those interested in the technical details, each network comprises approximately 250 neurons per game and auction type. While generally effective, this approach may occasionally result in unconventional moves. Currently, there are no plans to substitute the neural network players with more traditional algorithmic Skat AI.

Game Rules: Skat involves three players, with two players partnering against one, aiming to score over 60 points using 32 cards. The 'alone' player is determined through a pre-game auction where players bid for the right to play alone. The auction winner then selects the trump suit (the bid value must be exceeded!), exchanges two cards, and plays solo against the other two players. In addition to the chosen trump suit, all Jacks are always considered trumps. Players must follow suit if possible; otherwise, they can discard a card or play a trump to win the trick. The highest card wins the trick, and the winner leads the next card. Card ranking is as follows: Jack of Clubs, Jack of Spades, Jack of Hearts, Jack of Diamonds, Ace, Ten, King, Queen, 9, 8, 7. A special game mode, '0', challenges the alone player to avoid taking any tricks.

Tapping on an unplayable card highlights all valid moves. Tapping during animations speeds them up.
