**Heart Rate Monitoring:**

- To enable heart rate monitoring, grant permission for the watch face to access health sensors.
- If you see "-" or "E" for the heart rate value, it indicates that a measurement hasn't been taken. Tap the heart rate area to initiate a measurement.
- "M" indicates that heart rate is currently being measured.
- "E" signifies a failed heart rate measurement (due to a dirty sensor or other issue). Tap to retry.
- Please note that automatic heart rate measurement isn't always available. Refer to the instructions above if needed.

**Troubleshooting:**

- If you encounter installation issues, please understand that we have limited control over Google Play/Watch processes. A common issue is difficulty locating the watch face after purchase and installation.
- To apply the watch face, long-press on your current watch face, swipe left to find the ILLUMINATOR watch face, or tap the "+" sign to add it from the list.
- Use the companion phone app for easier installation. After purchase, tap the "install" button in the phone app and follow the on-screen instructions on your watch. If prompted to purchase again on the watch, it's a synchronization issue; wait or restart your watch.
- Alternatively, install the watch face via a browser while logged in to your Google Play account.
