"Kakitori Kanji Renshu FREE" (Writing Kanji Practice FREE) is an innovative app that allows you to practice writing all the commonly used kanji characters.
The app includes a total of 2406 kanji characters for handwriting practice.
It covers all the Joyo Kanji (常用漢字) learned in compulsory education, the 196 additional Joyo Kanji decided in 2010, and a selection of Jinmeiyo Kanji (人名用漢字) used in personal names.

For each kanji, there are six reading and writing patterns, providing a total of 14436 questions.
Multiple reading and writing questions are implemented for the same kanji.

【mode Introduction】
◆ Kanji Practice
・This is the main mode of the app.
After selecting the grade level you want to practice, you will be taken to the practice test selection screen.
You can practice 5 kanji at a time, making it perfect for enjoying during your commute to work or School.
There are no daily quotas or penalties for mistakes, so you can enjoy learning at your own pace.
As you pass more kanji, the overall completion rate increases, so you can see your progress at a glance.

◆ Grade-Based Test
・You can enjoy kanji tests for each grade level.
The questions appear in random order every time. It's a great way to test your skills after practicing.

◆ My Drill (added in ver2.0.0)
・You can create your own custom drills.
You can freely create questions as long as the kanji can be entered by handwriting.

◆ Thorough Practice
・You can practice kanji for 50 questions in a row.
Feel free to skip questions you don't know and work through them easily.

◆ Check Kanji
・If you check kanji that you are interested in during Kanji Practice, Grade-Based Test, or Thorough Practice, you can practice them again in this mode. You can practice kanji you are weak at intensively.

◆ Settings
・In the settings, you can change the number of questions, the scope of questions, the pen color and size, and turn automatic recognition ON/OFF. Enjoy experimenting with various settings.
Please practice a lot of kanji using a practice method that suits you.

【dictionary Linking Function】
・You can look up the kanji in the question section using the "Joyo Kanji Stroke Order Dictionary" or "Joyo Kanji Stroke Order Dictionary Free".

【Handwriting Input Operation】
1. When the practice starts, the question will be displayed at the top of the screen.
2. Write the character you think is the answer in the handwriting area at the bottom of the screen.
3. If the answer is correct, the character will be entered in the question text. If the answer is incorrect, either skip it or rewrite the character.
4. When ○ appears, the question is finished. Please try the next question.
