How to purchase an e-Ticket for use in Rotating Parking:

Users can purchase e-Tickets from monitors who are properly identified and circulating in areas where regulated parking spaces exist. You can also go to affiliated points of sale that are clearly identified in the regulated areas. For your convenience, download the EstacionamentoFacil APP for Cell Phones/Smartphones, which will allow registered users to purchase credits to buy e-Tickets.

How to use the EstacionamentoFacil APP:

Find the EstacionamentoFacil APP in your cell phone/smartphone's app store. After installation, a simple registration with Name, email, Phone, and Password will be requested. After registration, the user can purchase credits to buy e-Tickets using their credit or debit card. In the APP, you can view the history of credit purchases made in EstacionamentoFacil, in addition to always having your Balance on hand to purchase new e-Tickets. Credit/debit card transactions are protected and carried out directly with the Operator. This ensures that your card information is not stored, preventing any possibility of improper use of the information. With the credits purchased, the user can, through the EstacionamentoFacil APP, activate the e-Ticket for the rates and periods regulated by Municipal Law. The user will receive confirmation of the validation of the e-Ticket purchased, without needing to go to the Monitor or the parked vehicle.

How to use the e-Ticket in Rotating Parking:

The system uses digital technology to issue the e-Ticket, allowing the vehicle's license plate to be registered in the system after the user purchases the e-Ticket (from monitors/accredited points/APP), validating the vehicle's period of stay in the parking space. This way, the user does not need to return to the vehicle to validate the period or leave any type of printed ticket in a visible location, as is the case in the conventional system.

How will the use of regulated parking spaces be monitored?

If the vehicle is parked irregularly, a Notice of Irregularity will be printed and placed in a visible location on the vehicle. With this notice, preferably in hand, the user can regularize the situation within 5 (five) business days by going to the Department of Transportation and Urban Mobility, located at Rua Capitão Francisco Inácio, 323, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, purchasing 10 e-Tickets for future use in the Poá Digital Blue Zone system. The responsibility for monitoring the regularity of Vehicles parked in regulated spaces lies with the Traffic Agents of the Municipality of Poá.

When is a vehicle parked irregularly?

A vehicle will be considered irregularly parked if: It exceeds the maximum parking period allowed in each area; The user does not activate the e-Ticket during the inspected period; It is using a ticket different from the one adopted by the Municipality of Poá.

What happens when the user does not regularize the situation?

According to item XVII of art. 181 of the Brazilian Traffic Code and other relevant regulations, failure to comply with the conditions specifically regulated by the signage (plate - Rotating Parking) provides for the application of a Traffic Infraction Notice (serious type, 5 (five) points on the driver's license) with the application of a Fine Penalty, and is also subject to removal of the vehicle.
